Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please carefully review your order before submitting it, as Yeon-lab may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted.
If an order is refused, modified, or canceled, we will notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that you are purchasing for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

From time to time, we may offer promotions that are subject to separate terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will prevail.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

All names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans of Yeon-lab are trademarks of Yeon-lab or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify’s trademarks also belong to Shopify. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You may have access to third-party tools provided through the Services which we neither monitor nor control.

Yeon-lab is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Yeon-lab.
By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Yeon-lab. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.
