Order Production

All Yeon-Lab products are made to order after purchase, in order to reduce waste and ensure high print quality.

For this reason, each order requires a short production time before shipping.

Average production time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery Times

After production, the order is shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times:

Italy: 2–5 business days

Europe: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product and destination.

Our products are made to order and shipped from the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Thanks to our European partner network, with facilities across Europe, we ensure faster delivery times and reduce the environmental impact of transportation.

The final cost is always visible before payment.

Shipping is free within Italy.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery.

Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.

If the address is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, any reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
