The nature of our works

Every Yeon-Lab creation is made to order, specifically for the person who chooses it.
We do not mass produce: every print is created when an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind, personal preferences, or subjective variations in taste.

Choosing a Yeon-Lab work means commissioning a dedicated production.

If something is not compliant

If the work has damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us by writing to resi@yeon-lab.com within 14 days of delivery, attaching:

  • Order number
  • Full photograph of the work
  • Close-up photograph of the reported detail

We will respond within 48 hours. If the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Color variations

Slight differences in tone may occur depending on the settings of the device used for viewing.
Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Extraordinary requests

Any requests not related to manufacturing defects will be evaluated individually. If a return is authorized:

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer

The work must be returned intact and in its original packaging

The refund will be issued after verification

Each case is carefully evaluated.

FAQ – Returns & Assistance

Can I return the work if I change my mind?
No. Each work is produced on request and is not resalable.

Do I have to return the damaged work?
Only if expressly requested by our team during verification.

What happens after I send the photos?
We analyze the case and communicate the outcome within 48 hours.

Can I cancel the order?
Only if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
