REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Before completing your purchase, you are informed that Yeon-Lab products are made to order and custom-made. By proceeding with the order, you expressly consent to waiving your right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Made-to-order products Every Yeon-Lab artwork is created on request, specifically for the person who chooses it. We do not produce in series: each print is made at the moment of the order.

Under European consumer rights legislation (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), custom products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or subjective changes in taste.

If something is not as expected 

If the artwork has damage or a production defect, please contact us at resi@yeon-lab.com within 14 days of delivery, attaching:

  • Order number
  • Full photograph of the artwork
  • Close-up photograph of the reported detail

We will respond within 48 hours. Each case is carefully evaluated. If a defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 14 days of return or defect confirmation to the original payment method, or we will arrange a new production.

Color variations 

Slight differences in tone may occur depending on the display settings of the device used for viewing. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Extraordinary returns 

Any requests not related to production defects will be evaluated individually. If a return is authorized, shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the artwork must be returned intact in its original packaging.

Order cancellation 

Orders can be cancelled only if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible at resi@yeon-lab.com.
